The year this hairspray hit the market, we each bought a bottle, and my daughter and I are still buying it 30 years later. It Works! She was in her 1st USA Pageant and also went with her to Miss America local Miss Texas pageants. Even as a judge, now many Sponsors gift her hair spray and makeup. When I visit, I always look for my favorite Sauve Hair Spray on her Vanity to do my touch-up. I'm pleased she still buys it. we still love Sauve Shampoo also. Sauve is a Quality Product at a very low $ price, but don't be afraid to try it!!! I've bought the most expensive name brands and always .stick with Sauve.

It's Not Always About High-End Name Brands

I have purchased an array of hair sprays over the years, some high-end, some not. And I must share that this Suave Max Hold Hairspray, Non-Aerosol, is a staple on my dresser. It works very well for my daily needs, without leaving that sticky, heavy residue in my hair. I have hair down to my hips and prefer a hairspray that works well in humidity and across all weather conditions. Therefore, in my humble opinion, this brand is a perfect addition to any ladies 'get-ready' counter.

Suave Hairspray - A staple for decades!

Suave hairspray has been a staple in my house for decades. It’s a quality product %26 is also a great value. This review is for the unscented version but I prefer the scented- and for those who aren’t aware, the unscented uses just as many, if not MORE chemicals to “remove the scent” than it’s scented version. In my house, the container gets recycled %26 I transfer its contents into a reusable continuous spray bottle which I prefer.
