I think so far it's pretty good and helping my immune system it seems but sometimes hard to swallow; It has the vitamin C taste that I like but of course I don't chew it because it's not chewable but I swallow it with lots of water; overall I do like it so far ! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the very large size of the caplets. It makes it hard to swallow. You will understand the size of the bottle when you see the size of the caplets.
