Great Product

The UPS unit works well. The only issue was with the USB connection to the server fighting for port rights with the current KVM switch. According to tech support the usb devices had to be unhooked from the server and after a reboot of the server, plug in the UPS to the USB, then after a few minutes plug in the KVM. Unfortunately this did not fix the problem. Tripplite sent me a USB to Serial Port converter which, using the serial port from the UPS to the USB port on the server, did fix the problem.
