Commercial = Long lasting

Much better than the types found at home improvement stores. Usually these items wear out or discolor from cleaning chemicals. We purchased one of these by mistake (needed something that matched on odd color toilet) over 10 years ago. It shows no wear or discoloration. So, of course we would purchase one again when we remodeled another bathroom.

Easy to install.

Seat arrived and was easy to install. It is light weight and easy to clean. It does have some sharp edging along some of the lid and hinge parts and have scraped skin on it several time. It is better than the last seat I had that was painted white wood, it discolored in a matter of a few weeks.
