I'm happy to report we haven't had to put the Smart Leak Detector to the test; however, like the home fire insurance policy, it's great to know we're prepared in the event of! If the device in the event of a real emergency works as well as or Moen Flo monitor, we're well prepared. We've had some trouble with our boiler Extrol tank, the Moen Leak Detector will help us in the event this tank springs a leak before it becomes a problem,

Super easy to set-up. Easy to activate the battery and connect to the app on my iPhone. I have an antique house and was concerned about the cold water supply to a bathroom.
