[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff works! I get the worst lower back pain during that time of the month. Took the Sepia and it didn't hurt all day while I was at work. I didn't have much bloating this past month, so I can't attest to that, but if you're a lower back pain girly, definitely try this out.
