Reliable Trimmer That Gets the Job Done All Day

I've bought other battery-powered trimmers before, and while they worked well, it was only for a limited time. I like this one because, even though I have to use an extension cord, once it's secured properly, it stays in place. And the best part is that I can use the trimmer all day without worrying about running out of gas or recharging batteries. It does an excellent job!

This Black and Decker electric trimmer and edger is terrific! I am a senior citizen and I live in a rural area with lots of grass, weeds and burdocks. This trimmer is very light weight and easy to use...I plug it into a 100 ft. cord, hold the button and it easily trims around my house, garage and lawn! The trimmer stops working the second you release the button so it's safe as well. I have had no problems so far with the line feeding, but I've only had it a week, so time will tell. So far I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend it!

Works Great

Hadn't done the edging in 2 years. Got it done in 3 days. (I have a lot of sidewalk!) Went through 1 spool. I suggest buying the 2 pack of extra spools when buying the edger. Easy to snap in replacement spool. Actually this is the first edger that I have been able to successfully change the spool. I have a heavier metal blade edger which is great but it's too heavy and awkward for me. This one is light weight and the little guide wheel is a wonderful idea. You don't have to hold the weight of the edger, the wheel holds the weight and you just guide. Like power steering! Wear goggles. This powerful edger can whip things up very quickly! It actually made edging fun.
