Quality isn't what it used to be. Disappointing.

Scott Drake Quality has gone down alot in the last few years. These were supposed to be concours quality, well poished and ready to go. Instead, finish is scratched and one item was damaged in manufacturing. I've tried to replace them 2x and quality for others is similar.
