Before I begin, I did get this issue resolved with a refund which honestly i didnt care for anyway. I just wanted what I ordered. I had purchased this white bow for my little girl to wear with an outfit I had put together for Easter. I purchased a white bow and waited initially two weeks or less for it to get here. Finally went out to my mailbox to see that it had arrived. I excitedly opened the package, only to be faced with DISSAPOINTMENT because it was Navy Blue instead of the beautiful white I had purchased. Now, this would have not been an issue, IF my daughters dress was a different color that went with that blue but unfortunately,her dress is a beautiful white with gorgeous flowers and orange accents.... So, I'm very dissatisfied and will probably purchase this bow somewhere else.
