The first thing I noticed when I unpacked it was how soft and smooth the ice silk fabric felt. What sets this apart for me is the dual firmness design. One side is softer and plush with the gel memory foam, and the other is firmer with high-density support foam. I tried both and ended up using the firmer side for my back, but I love knowing I can flip it if I ever want a softer feel.

Big upgrade to our bed

Our bed isn't the best. This mattress topper is a big upgrade. It says to wait 36 hours before using but we let it sit out for 12 hours and we weren't really impressed. After it sat out for even longer, the second night we felt a big difference. It's a good balance between soft and firm.
