Beautiful!

This set of cookware is just stunningly beautiful! The color is vibrant, and the finish is smooth. The set is oven safe and has smooth bottoms that will work with any type of cooktop - from induction to electric to gas. The lids are well-designed, with a dimpled interior surface and a top handle that is screwed on so you don't have to worry about glue or welding weakening over time. The pots are quite heavy, as cast iron should be. There was a small nick at the top edge of the skillet, near the pour spout - you may be able to see it in the picture. Cast iron provides nice even heat, perfect for cooking without burning. And enamelware prevents sticking. The pots are a great design for making artisan sourdough. If you're looking for a set of cookware that is beautiful and functional - this is a great set!

This pan set is really very nice. The pieces are heavy duty, and distribute heat very well. The covers fit nicely, and have a sturdy handle. The cover to the largest Dutch oven fits on the frying pan, too! Just make sure you use potholders since the handles are not designed to stay cool. These pans are absolutely gorgeous, too!

Gorgeous and high quality!

I chose the white set and I’m so thrilled with how beautiful they are! As a reminder, they are coated cast iron so they are very heavy and must be cleaned by hand rather than put through a dishwasher. I’m happy to have a matching set for big family dinners and especially ones that can go in the oven as well.
