I was worried about ordering flatwear online because the last time I did, it was too thin. I may be a vegetarian, but I shovel it in like a carnivore. This set is fantastic. I added photos of a knife and fork on my postage scale to give you an idea of the weight. I am blissed out. Totally awesome.
