Terrible packaging

I have been purchasing this cleanser for years and absolutely love it BUT the new packaging is a huge downgrade. It's difficult to screw the lid all the way back on when your hands are wet and full of product. If you don't tighten it completely the product leaks out everywhere. Annoying enough to make me think about purchasing something else.

Poor bottle design

Giving this product a 2 unfortunately simply due to the redesign of the bottle. Genuinely curious if anyone tested this new design before launching and thought it was a great idea. It leaks into the cap and then overflows and causes a huge mess and is hard to out the cap back on when your hands are wet. I'm genuinely shocked that this bottle design made it to production. Please change it back to an easy and clean flip cap. I unfortunately will not purchase again if the design is still the same and have been using this cleanser for multiple years now.
