For ages 12 and older, stir two teaspoons of Benefiber prebiotic fiber powder into four to eight ounces of a non-carbonated beverage or soft food three times daily. I used to take original benefiber And it worked well. I needed to firm my Bowels and it worked wonderful then they put prebiotics Into the mix and it just gives me horrible gas all the time and I cannot take it. I wish they would leave out the prebiotic I'm some of the products.
