actually a really nice mattress pretty firm just like it states but also got a little spring to it so it makes it still very comfortable I measured it at 9 in instead of the 10 that is listed but maybe just needs to expand more other than that though it's actually a very nice mattress I got it for my daughter who needed a new bed and she says that is very comfortable (we threw a memory foam on top) just for extra cushion but overall very good

This arrived 5 days early!! This has been the best vacuum sealed mattress we have ever bought!! The king size is heavy (100 ), so you will need a hand truck/dolly and 2 people if you have steps/stairs. Otherwise, one person could walk or slide the box. Once up the steps and inside, we took the box to the foot of the bed and opened the box. We lifted the roll onto the bed. I panicked it looked like a twin, but I saw KING on the box. But I trusted the process. MAKE sure the plasic edge is facing you and on the bottom! That way, as you pull the plastic towards you, the mattress rolls away from you. When that piece is off, it is time to cut the other plastic. Be very, very careful, very careful not to cut your mattress. Work fast because once you break that seal, it starts expanding. Then a big sigh of relief, it was a king size, the mattress was folded in half. Pretty freaking cool process!! The instructions say it takes a little bit to expand fully. And all our others did take a couple of hours. Not this one. It plumped up nice and firm right off the bat. The photo I provided was taken right after pulling all the plastic off. This is a very nice mattress, the firmness, the height, the design, and the feel. I am a plus-size female, hubby is 245 six foot two, we sit on top, no sagging or sinking. It's a very good quality mattress. Buy with confidence, and you will sleep better. We do!
