If you experience a warrantable issue with your DreamFit sheets; such as material or workmanship defects, within the first year, we will happily replace the defective item at no charge. To process a warranty claim, we require that you provide a copy of your receipt as well as an image of the defective item. Please also be sure to provide a description of the issue that you are experiencing. We ask that you either provide your address or verify that the address on your receipt is accurate to ensure we ship your replacement product to the correct address. I really love how well this is made, with corners that hold! I have had an earlier cooling mattress pad from another company that had a little more plush padding, which I loved. But perhaps the plus takes away from the cooling effect. This one seems cooler to sleep on. Would buy again!
