No coil

I purchased this, at the time in the description there was no indication about the coil. It is not included, I called waited on hold for 5 hrs and 41 min. I did get a hold of Donna who put me in touch with a Tech. He looked over the description and didn't see any mention of the coil not being included he found one with a coil for close to same price. I'm waiting for the exchange. Now I see that they added w/o coil. YES, 5 HRS and 41 MIN on HOLD!
