I had to modify the holes where the smaller mini bulbs went into the red high mount 3rd brake light lens to allow the rectangle shape of the new LEDs to fit. I just trimmed a bit with wire cutter pliers. I do like the effects though with the warning strobe before continuous on. I placed the 2 new LED bulbs in the 2nd and 4th spot leaving the 1st 3rd and 4th original mini bulbs in place to keep the lens full of lights.
