These are great!!!!

These puppies are sharp! They cut magnificently. They are steak knifes, theyre serated on the edges so they go straight through all kinds of meat. I cut flat iron into strips with these and it was super easy to do! They will SHRED meat if its too soft, lol. So I don't recommend for fish or anything delicate. And they're bright green, just like the photo! But these aren't for low maintenance owners. They are lightweight and need tlc in care. Don't leave them in water, hand wash with non abbrasive soap and sponge and hand dry. I personally wouldn't use any power wash soaps or anything on them, I use plain gentle dish soap and a wash cloth. I highly recommend.
