This rug is so pretty! The colors do change light/dark depending on the angle just like other reviewers said, but I like both! It may be more problematic in a larger room, but in our nursery, it’s just fine. It’s softer than I was expecting, too! We didn’t purchase a rug pad with our order because I thought I may have one already, but I don’t feel like we need it. Love!

I bought an 8x10 in the rust color and can’t say enough about this rug! Absolutely love this! It has so many beautiful colors but is not so bold due to the muted weathered look. It’s just what I was looking for. I did buy the pad to put underneath. My cats are enjoying the softness. I see them curled up laying on the rug often:) I placed this over walnut hardwood floors in our bedroom.
