Been using this product over a month and now I am trying to figure out how I did life before these little keep me low key no turn up required calm in bottle. When I say I don't get out character for nobody I mean it. I just laugh and keep it moving. Love this product!

I am a repeat customer because everything does what it says it will. I am perimenpausal with PCOS and I couldn't stop bleeding for 28 days. I took PCOS for 2 days when my bleeding slowed then 3 days after that it finally ended, now my period is back to being regular. I feel seen with BGV. It's made by us for us and I feel the love. I have so many products including collagen and sea moss which are aren't in my picture. I feel like myself again. If you're on the fence, jump off and do it. It's worth it.

I love my calm down, gummy's. I deal with stress and anxiety a lot and in this season of my life, it has been a lot due to me working in childcare, so I'm under a lot of stress because of the children that I work with all the groups of classes that I work with And I've been wanting to take something that was very natural that was not harsh and hard on my body and every time I take these, I am so calm. I really do appreciate black girl vitamins, and all that you do for looking out for us and making vitamins for us. I cannot wait to have a cabinet full of all of the black girl vitamins that I need to continue to function in this body that God is giving me so thank you ladies so much for taking out the time to do something special for us.
