I bought the product to make breakfast in the mornings. I used it once so far and found it very hard to heat up the cooking area. It took over 30 minutes to get it to 185 degrees, not sure if I did something wrong. I used it on a Blaze Premium LTE 32-Inch 4-Burner Built-In Propane It is also very hard to clean up Last thing is all the pictures on the BBQguys website of the griddle are of a shiny stainless steel griddle, this one came in a dark color with squiggly lines on the cooking surface

Warped first time used
The griddle warped the first time I used it, causing grease to puddle on burgers and bacon and impossible to cook a pancake on. Very poor quality to warp from the heat from the grill it was designed for.
