Works great for me I usually start off with 4 capsules before bed with a glass of water as soon a I wake in the morning I drink a 16oz bottle water, start moving around the house and it takes about 30min to work for me, It do not leave after effects, I love it been using it for years.

Very Gentle, works great

I have suffered from constipation my entire life and am always on the look out for a gentle, helpful solution. This product works great and doesnt cause the painful cramping a lot of other products do. I took them on vacation with me and never had any emergency issue that also tends to happen on other products. Just rebought!
