Great looking set of silverware - Nice weight and balance - No sharp edges. Tried spoons - nice heft and mouth feel. Tried Forks and every day knife on: several day old deli bread, chicken, sweet potato (roasted and raw) and good yummy chicken gizzards. Did great - forks (LG one is hefty - see photo) pierced and didn't bend - knife isn't a razor but cut nice and clean with some pressure. I really like this set for daily use - Great value!
