I've worn Vibrams for 14 years, in various styles. My pair for indoor sports have lasted for 5-6 years, and really I just re-glued the souls and they're just fine. However, I had seen the marketing for the V-Soul when it was new, and I've wanted a pair! They are amazingly comfortable, and I love the “ballet slipper” look. They cushion in areas that my older pairs don't, and I love wearing them so much! All of my Vibrams in the past have been size 38, so even though the size guide said I should be a 37, I ordered what has fit in the past. I should have gone with the smaller size because they're a teeny bit long, but they are still passable enough not to exchange them. So trust the size chart!! Also, if you're new to barefoot shoes, you must adjust your muscles to them and only wear them for short periods at first and gradually wear them longer.
