Instructions

Securely attach the nozzles to the device before use.
Add clean water at a temperature close to body temperature until the water level reaches the 300 ml mark. Preparing Water: Use pure water suitable for nasal irrigation, such as distilled, filtered, or previously boiled water. Boiling the water is recommended for safety. Allow the water to cool to between 90°F and 99°F (32°C to 37°C), which is ideal for a comfortable and effective irrigation experience.
Pour one packet of nasal salt into the measuring cup.
Stir gently until the salt is completely dissolved.
Open the lid of the nasal irrigator's upper tank, pour in the prepared solution, and close the lid securely.
Verify the arrows on the nasal dock to confirm the direction of flow. The solution should enter through one nostril and drain from the other.
Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril and center it, adjusting it to a comfortable and leak-proof fit. Keep your head level and look straight ahead. Caution: Do not insert it too deeply into the nasal cavity to avoid causing discomfort.
Breathe steadily through your mouth and press the power button to begin irrigation. A buzzer will sound to indicate operation. Continue breathing only through your mouth during the process—do not breathe through your nose.
Irrigation is complete when the upper tank is empty. Press the power button to stop the device. If not switched off manually, it will shut down automatically after the preset duration.
A small amount of saline may remain in your nasal passages. Tilt your head forward and gently blow your nose to clear any remaining solution.

Note: For first-time users, it's best to start with the Low mode. Once you become more experienced and comfortable with nasal irrigation, you may switch to the High mode for faster irrigation.
