You get what you pay for with customer service

The ring itself is what I expected, but the process of actually obtaining it has been a nightmare. It shipped later than they said it would, then when it finally arrived it was missing a diamond right in the middle of the band! I had to ship it back at my own expense, and luckily they fixed it quickly but when the sent it back they shipped it to the wrong address, so now I'm spending more time trying to track my ring down. The product is quality and we definitely saved money compared to other stores, but just make sure to give yourself a lot of time to receive your finalized and 100% completed product. Thank god I ordered it months before my wedding or I'd be screwed.
