Customer service is above and beyond expectation. The order was a part of a large order, which included grocery delivery and another shipment item. The response was immediate from this company via e-mail and the item was shipped before the grocery items were picked even though i paid extra to expedite the delivery. I received the items the next day, ahead of schedule . The items are sturdy and of good quality . I ordered them primarily as trays for large potted plants but can see that i might find many other uses and most likely will be ordering more of them. I am very satisfied and impressed with customer service.
