I absolutely LOVE this lion statue! The photos do not do him justice. At 25 inches tall, he looks much larger in person and has a real presence wherever you place him. The detail is incredible, especially in the mane, face, and paws. Every angle shows beautiful sculpting and texture. His expression is regal and commanding without looking overly fierce. The metallic finish highlights all of the details wonderfully. The statue is made of resin but feels very sturdy and solid. It's substantial enough that it won't easily tip over, yet not so heavy that it's difficult to move when decorating. A great balance between durability and practicality. Packaging was excellent. The lion arrived securely protected with thick foam inserts and a plastic covering, and there was no damage whatsoever. It's clear the manufacturer took great care in making sure it arrived safely. I'm actually considering painting mine in an aged stone finish because the sculpt itself is so beautiful and detailed that I think it would look amazing in a variety of styles, from formal garden décor to indoor display pieces. Overall, this is a stunning lion statue with exceptional detail, quality construction, and excellent packaging. If you're looking for a statement piece, this magnificent lion definitely delivers.
