SmartCode Deadbolt - 909 Series with Smartkey - Clearpack

I bought this from Lowes and a month later noticed a few buttons did not work, I called and gave them my info took a few pics and BAM 3 days later a new one was at my door. Its good to see customer service is still alive in America. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My old deadbolt became difficult to lock from inside. I called Kwikset and they had me supply photos of inside and outside as the unit I had is out of production. A few weeks later I received a new unit at no cost and it works perfectly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
