Nice modern looking faucet

Love the modern look to this faucet, we bought two for our Rubicon vanities in our master bath. We also had an issue with the handle on one as it was slightly off, but called in to ask how to fix it and now it's just fine.

Faucet looks great except the handle

I bought two of these faucets and they work great are easy to install but one of the handles goes past the original stopping point and if I make if square it will drip. I do not have time to take it back to the store “last one” and replace it so I guess it will be crooked.

Crap quality control

Terrible assembly

Looks like I have the same issue as many others. The handles move past the aligned stop points. We replaces other Kohler's (Kalan) because the finish was so poor with water spotting we traded out for these. At our expense! Now to see the poor assembly quality I can't use Kohler products anymore. You shouldn't either.

If the handles are not aligning as they should, they can be realigned to turn off at the correct point. To remove the handle, please hold the lever in place and turn the bonnet below counterclockwise. To reinstall the handle, please hold the lever in the off position and turn the bonnet below it clockwise to tighten.
