Unscrew the lid to add standard sized ice cubes to your water. 

Place ice & cold water into a bottle before putting in the drink of your choice. 

Pre-cooling your bottle will keep it cold for 24 hour all-day hydration.

For hot liquids allow to cool to a drinkable temperature prior to sealing the lid.

Hot liquids can scald your mouth, so be careful with our chug lids. 

Do not overfill the bottle & keep hot liquids out of reach of children.

Remove the bottle lid to make it easy to clean. This ensures your bottle remains mold & germ free. 

For a deeper clean gently pull out the lids o-rings with a toothpick or an unfolded paper clip. 

Soak the lid and o-rings in a 50/50 solution of vinegar in water until it’s clean. 

Then rinse with fresh water. (Never use harsh chemicals like bleach or chlorine to clean your bottle).

Once clean, gently press the o-ring flat side down back into the lid with a toothpick or a spoon.

An o-ring is important to create the leak proof airtight seal to keep your beverage cold or hot.

We only recommend hand washing our bottles. However our bottle lids are top rack dishwasher safe.
