I ordered a new medical device..ie 10 ct a1c test kit..I recieved a open box with a whole test missing plus the test device was not snapped closed at the seems. I snapped it together..I have not tried any of the tests to see if it works..plus I have NOT heard back from the vendor on the matter of defective and missing merchandise. Save yourself some time and most likely money.Purchase this test elsewhere. I'm very disapointed plus out over 100 dollars.
