Great Omega-3 recipe

I've been using about ten different Life Extension products for several decades now and my doctors are always interested in how I maintain good health. Best combination fish oil that I have used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this because it contains regular fish oil as well as krill. I used to take astaxanthin separately, but this product contains it already. The sesame log and and olive fruit extract seem to be helping, in combination with the other ingredients, to ease my joint stiffness. My labs for lipids are also excellent.

I have been taking this product twice a day for about three years. When I began I was going through a very stressful time, and I was actually losing some hair. My skin felt drier. Using this over a period of time my hair has really become thick and full again and my skin is back to normal.
