Ripped off and disgusted
I ordered and paid for this "Pack of 2" cameras through Walmart.com. When the order arrived, it was only 1 camera. I have reported the mistake to Walmart.com on 3 separate occasions. The only communication I have received about the mistake was a generic reply from a "no reply" Walmart account stating that the mistake had been reported to the seller and I would receive a reply within 48 hours. I have received no communication from the seller, I have not received the 2nd camera and I have not received a partial refund for the incorrect order. Neither Walmart.com nor the seller has contacted me to correct the mistake. From this point forward, I am discontinuing my use of Walmart.com. They have ripped me off once and will not be given another opportunity.
