NOT Practical!

These are very big portions for anyone cutting back for weight loss. The control plate is awkward, big and fits over a standard dinner plate which is actually impractical once removed. (There is a lot of food going on once removed.) It is also extra tall and can get pretty full quickly. You can end up with a really full plate. It's messy and does break if dropped.
