Bluebonnet delivers good composition of minerals. I was looking for complete formula for my oestoporosis problem and this is the only brand came with right dosage of minerals. I had foot fracture and after taking this supplement for few weeks the fracture is not seen in the x ray. Highly, recommend this product for anyone who want to improve bone dendity.
