off center, and metal frame not wood.

This picture is matted and framed and of nice qualty at a great price, however the actual print is off center, and the mat is too large for the print some of the printing words at the top and bottom are covered up. and it should be center to the right more. Also I ordered the wooden white/grey frame and received a metal white frame. It arrived quickly and was packaged nicely, and good material and quality,but I am disappointed that it is not centered or that they didnt use a smaller mat.
