Good Idea, Bad Execution

Overall the case isn't bad, I just have a few issues with it. First, I specifically ordered the case with a glass screen protector, but the case wouldn't fit with the protector on the tablet. At least not without having to hold the tabs closed till I could get the bumper installed. The bumper was fiddly and the included "dust covers" we more like a pair of "cat flaps" that just swung around, with the headphone jack cover requiring a tool to pull open. The plastic was thin and didn't feel very sturdy so I am not sure how well it would protect from a fall. Finally, I ordered the black/black case and was instead shipped a red/black case.
