These softgels are little so they are easy to swallow as I have a difficult time with pills and choke easily. I bought them for my thinning hair after losing a lot of weight in a short time. I have been taking these for about 2 years. My skin is not as dry as it used to be in the winter months and not sure if these helped with that or not but somethign has changed. I did start biting my nails again but for 2 years my nails were absolutely stronger and stopped "peeling" and were no longer bendable and brittle. I cannot taste a flavor so that is good. They really have no smell either.
