Misunderstood

Ordered what I thought was a set of mirrors for my Chevy pickup. Received two sets. I did not read the add correctly.. Called 1A to relay my problem. They sent me return instructions and a UPS mailer within minutes of my call. Received full credit and an apology for the misunderstanding. Truly an outstanding company to do business with. Also received video instructions on how to mount the mirrors and the job was done in less than an hour. Can't say enough about 1A Auto.

My first purchase... more to follow

I was looking for a mirror replacement for our 2001 Tahoe. I found 1A Auto. The DIY videos and the pricing got my attention. I ordered both side mirrors (only needed the driver side) because of the cost savings and I ordered the control switch. The parts arrived a day early, and I followed the DIY videos and with in an half hour had both mirrors and switch installed. Thank you 1A Auto!!! You are amazing!

Great results...easy installation!

I installed both mirrors in 15 minutes (or less)...zero issues. Chose to paint with color-match paint instead of leaving gloss black. That, too, was easy but did require masking and paint prep...not hard, but a bit tedious. Great results, well worth the effort...no regrets! Great product!Thanks,Jon
