Just a bobble. Great for kittens

I thought it was a bobble treat feeder. It is not. Its just a bobble with a feather. Cute. Great for kittens but both of my 1 yr old cats could care less about it. Also it is put together clumsy. Its off center and I cant get it to seat correctly. Dosent affect play tho.
