This is a really nice fabric that is substantial enough to wear alone but somehow seems to let the air through. I have paid 3 times as much for shirts half as good. True to size.

I am 5 foot 3 and 120 pounds and ordered a small and it is too big through the waist area. It is a nice shirt, seems well made, is comfortable but I do not find it to be thin as several of the reviews stated. I think it is a well made shirt and it looks really nice and I will buy another one but will order an extra small next time.
