Costume quality
The price was very reasonable and since I'd bought something similar elsewhere on line some time back I thought this would be good to try with the prom dress for a teenaged relative. She's average size, wears a small to medium (in ladies' sizing). This should have fit her waist easily which is under the maximum listed. It's ridiculous to think anyone over preteen size could wear it unless you left the waist back gaping and hope the flimsy drawstring tie would hold for an evening.
