Padding issue

I am college softball player, and I bought this helmet for Christmas in 2015. I used this helmet all season last year (40+ games plus practice 4-5 days a week) and it has started to fall apart. One month after I started using it the back of the helment would rub against the padding on the top of the helmet, and tears it apart. Luckily we had super glue in our med kit, otherwise I think I wouldve had to play with an unpadded helmet. Catcher's masks get thrown around a lot and should be able to withstand hard falls, and the way the helmet is made should be looked at.
