Great gazebo and excellent customer service!

This is a great pop-up gazebo for the price. Easy to setup and take down. It's made my patio a much nicer place to enjoy. The way the mosquito netting attaches isn't great, but it does work well once installed. The included sandbags are just fluff, but that's true of most manufacturers and it's hard to find good sandbags. I expected this and had already ordered larger and more durable ones for my needs as we get a lot of spring storms. I'd go with plastic filled concrete or water weights if you won't need to setup and tear down as often as I will for storms. My top did start to tear near one of the seams, but customer service was fast, polite, and helpful. I'd go with abccanopy again just because of this.

Awesome Customer Service

We also want to give a shout-out to customer support. We had the canopy less than a month. It had done a great job in several storms. We had a CRAZY storm that mangled the frame. We were not upset because it was a tornado level storm. We reached out to customer service to inquire about purchasing a frame only as the canopy was still in good shape. They replaced the entire unit at no charge. Support definitely went above and beyond to take great care of us.
