Himalaya is among my all-time favorite manufacturers, and the fact that it has a USA distribution center makes order that much more timely and convenient. Himalaya has a world-renowned rating as pharmaceutically pure, and I absolutely trust this source. My results, in short order, from taking a couple of their products, had me exceedingly grateful. And I greatly appreciate, too, the cost effectiveness of their over-sized, sometimes double-sized bottles. Ashwagandha was first recommended to me by my wonderful family medicine MD at that time, and she was also a certified Master herbalist of all types. I now use Himalaya and another favored Homeopathic phytoceutical or 2 , for my routine regimen, and my blood-work and other factors have had excellent results, beginning within 30 days of discovering, or being referred to these products. Ashwaghanda is among my favored of all medicinal herbals, for adrenal fatigue, hormonal / thyroidal issues. My triglycerides were respectable to begin with, but they were cut in half within 30 days of embarking, and the caplets are very easy to digest (a big challenge for me normally). And, at 71 years of age, I no longer need to take any conventional thyroid medication. I lost my sigmoid colon to an accident over 15 years ago, and I have had "gut" distress ever since, due to a profound pelvic disorder related to the injuries as well.
