Certain foods give me heartburn usually in the am. Ex. jelly, cinnamon, chocolate. So grab tums whenever I decide to eat the above, and it saves me from the burn. Even old fashioned oatmeal sometimes give it to me. I keep em in the medicine cabinet, and the car and the purse. Been using Tums for years, and you also get a jolt of calcium to boot.

Can't live without them!
I always keep Tums in my medicine cabinet, my purse, and my car glovebox. I want the security of knowing I can get INSTANT RELIEF at any time, anywhere. You never know when heartburn will attack you. Not having a Tums to turn that pain into a "no show" is not an option in my everyday life. I'd sure like to see more $1.00 off coupons though. The store brand ex-Wal-Mart sells their stuff for about 1buck cheaper. I buy them even though I would like to buy origional Tums (they have a better taste, and pretty much work the same. Thanks for lettin' me give my opinion.
