I wear them for full work days, and they keep everything in without cutting into my stomach or thighs at all. They're especially great under shorter skirts and dresses because the brief cut is just long enough to function similarly to safety shorts -- so you can move around without worrying.

Doesn't restrict on the legs and stomach and make you feel as though you are wearing a modern day chastity belt. There breathable and very comfortable. The only reason for the 4 is the rolling at the top.
