I ordered size 12 for my 11 year old daughter. She is skinny as a stick and 5ft tall. They are super cute! They fit her waist good, although if needed they do have the tightening string on the inside like most kids pants. The holes have fabric underneath so they look cool but still keep her warm. The pants fall about a half inch above her ankle. She loves them and as her momma I would wear the same jeans, they are that cute.
